• One significant milestone during my bachelor's program was the completion of a research project titled "A comparative study of Basic psychological need satisfaction of Athletes and Non-athletes of Don Bosco College, Panaji, Goa." This research was submitted in partial fulfillment of the degree of BSW. The study aimed to explore the psychological well-being and fulfillment of basic needs among athletes and non-athletes within the college community.
• Completed a research project titled "A study on Communication Systems at workplace with special reference to GKN Sinter Metal, Pvt Ltd., Ahmednagar." This research aimed to explore the communication patterns and dynamics within the workplace of the company. The study delved into communication practices and their impact on the employee well-being and organization efficiency, I also received outstanding grades for my research evaluation.
