Red Honey Cosmetics Ltd, had a partnership with the Estee Lauder Group of Companies which includes 4 Free Standing MAC Cosmetics Stores, 1 Bobby Brown and 1 Jo Malone London in Auckland.

• Purchasing and Inventory: Central stock management for 6 stores, including 3 brands
• Fortnightly ordering and entering/receiving purchase orders
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking
• Supplying and forecasting make up kits for make up schools nation wide
• Managing out-of-stock reports
• Managing stock take procedures
• Administration: General administration: answering phone calls, filing documents
• Data entry, collating monthly collection
• Creating step by step training instructions for staff members

Key achievements: I reorganized the retail stock system by creating a category hierarchy tree with that, the stock turnover ratio improved significantly. The accuracy of the ordering system has grown, and the level of run-out stock reduced.
