• Attendance of client meetings and Court hearings, facilitating communications and document translations between clients and lawyers.
• Establishing charitable trusts, incorporate societies, and advising on legal structures for charities , churches.
• Providing legal advice on governance, compliance (including Financial Markets Conduct Act and Companies Act), and corporate practices.
• Startups: Advising new businesses and startups on legal structuring, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and other legal aspects critical to a new business.
