Prepare budgets and debt schedule for clients to know their financial situation, educated clients on money management (savings, smart buying and ways of increasing their income), provide information on insolvency options (No Asset Procedure (NAP), Debt Repayment Order (DRO) and Bankruptcy) available in New Zealand. Supported clients in need of accommodation from Housing New Zealand with a budget, assessing clients financial situation to determine their need for food parcel and Community Outreach services at MSD Mount Eden and Mount Albert to support clients with financial issues.

Responded to the security concerns and needs of the employees of tenants (organisations) occupying certain iconic commercial buildings on Queens Street, Auckland CBD. Was also assigned to Sky TV in Mount Wellington. The concierge duties performed include welcoming employees, visitors and contractors to the building. Visitors and contractors who need access to the floors are helped by swiping them up or given access keys and swipe cards. Issuing of access cards, deletion of damaged, lost and employee cards who have seized working in the building from the Gallagher Security System. Checking the door alarms intermittently in the Gallagher Security System. Operation of CCTV which includes watching cameras for incidents, retrieving footage of past incidents on request. Patrolling the outside of the building intermittently. Opening and closing of the rotating door. Did patrols of the studios in Sky TV, watching CCTV and opening and closing the automated entry gates for visitors and contractors. Did overnight security at Ormiston Shopping Mall and this involved patrolling the mall and car parks.
