It’s an interesting question, because when a recruiter asks you this, they can only expect you to give a summary of your resume, which they have already seen (or perhaps not looked at).
It is also a very open-ended, unspecific question.
I would take it as an opportunity to demonstrate that you can drive a discussion towards a more purposeful goal. For example you could say…
“Well aside from what is on my resume, is there anything in particular you’d like to know? I could tell you about my study i am studying at otago polytechnic. I am very hard worker
I expect that would result in a far more interesting conversation than just repeating what’s on your resume.
