• Maintain consistently high safety standards of the vessel, staff and guests at all times.
• To ensure the vessel is fully prepared and immaculately presented for guest use at all times including accommodation use and charters.
• Regular maintenance and upkeep of the vessel.
• Ensure vessel crew and staff onboard are correctly trained as per Maritime training standards.
• Manage and coordinate all requirements for Vessel Survey.
• Maintain all Maritime Operator Safety System (MOSS) documentation.

Provide crew training and guidance to keep elevating the customer experience as well as set the crew up for career progression.

Provide excellent customer service to my passengers and lead passenger & crew safety on board.

Perform day-to-day upkeep on your vessel.

Keep updated on the weather and tides and how it will effect the vessel.

Responsible for leading the crew and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

Oversee crew training, vessel safety, and customer service while navigating the Hauraki Gulf.

To provide outstanding service delivery, ensuring passengers are transported safely and comfortably.
