  • Reporting to the P& C Manager, my role was an integral part of a team that supported the leaders across all HR processes and initiatives
  • This included employment relations, talent development coaching and training
  • Managing restructurings and redundancies, absenteeism and medical incapacity
  • Primary owner of all HR related employee queries from Saint Kentigern’s four sites
  • This role had a strong ER focus, I am experienced in representation at mediation and the management of complex personal grievances.
