Acting as liaison and point of contact for Tupu Aotearoa providers.
• Create and update Monthly Activity Report Templates for Tupu Aotearoa Providers
• Organise meetings (including catering, venue, minutes, agendas) as required and/or according to schedule of regular meetings (e.g., MPP Providers Executive, Regional Provider meetings)(record I.T issues through ticketing system) •
Responsible to implement all Provider Outcome Agreements with accuracy and care into Katoatoa and Klevr Grants
• Be able to respond to Tupu Aotearoa enquiries through Katoatoa and Klevr Grants (all communications to be tracked in MS Dynamics)
• Support and assist Q.A (Quality Assurance) verification process via Katoatoa/Klevr Grant
• Record and update all training documentation for Tupu Aotearoa system processes (ensure training documents are concise, relevant, and accurate).
• Support and assist with all new system processes to be delivered/facilitated with the Tupu Aotearoa team.
• Attend talanoa sessions with Tupu Aotearoa Managers and Providers to record and document Minutes.
