I have over 15 years’ experience managing contracts across NZ and Aus, and over 10 years’ experience managing multi-million-dollar projects. I’m currently directing a team or project and program managers with supporting staff across New Zealand and Australia. My goal is to continue developing my skills and obtain a national general management position.

I have strong experience in strategically managing and growing companies across New Zealand and Australia, project evaluation, planning and execution. Resource planning, accounting, and budgeting. I have extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships and stakeholder management, team building and development, and I’m an innovative problem solver.

SITE DELIVERY COMMERCIAL ANALYSIS

  • Identify, design, and execute village process improvements where they relate to group telecommunication technology services or suppliers
  • Support the execution of Ryman’s technology refurbishment programme, ensuring suppliers deliver and a successful outcome is achieved
  • Review and recommend new technologies that improve village, site and office infrastructure
  • Ensuring standardized, robust, and timely auditing process is undertaken on the operational performance of village technologies
  • Support group technology procurement by providing technical and implementation expertise and support for pilots or proof of concept
  • Develop and maintain group specifications for village technologies, ensuring quality documentation and governance is in place
  • Identifying telecommunication shortfalls for retirement villages, researching possible solutions, and managing project installs
  • I manage all telecommunication designs and installation for Ryman Healthcare’s retirement villages across New Zealand.

  • I held an executive position and sat on the governance board, the directors often followed my recommendations for group improvement and expenditure

  • I’m responsible for building relationships with our largest stakeholders
  • I wrote and implemented job descriptions and KPIs for all positions within Nurse Call solutions
  • Directing the design and estimating teams and helped set up both departments including writing their procedures
  • Managed the budget for all NZ and Aus projects, including forecasting for up to 4 years
  • Between NZ and Aus, my portfolio is over 60 million dollars, this includes current and forecasted work

  • I work closely with the H&S manager to write H&S policies and procedures, and ensure all safety incidents are investigated and measures are implemented to stop reoccurrence
