• Room cleaning -

Dusting, wiping all surfaces, including fixtures and electronics.

Vacuuming, mopping

Changing and Making beds.

Cleaning kitchens, dishes, cooking facilities, and food prep areas.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets, sinks, baths, showers and mirrors.

Disposing of trash and recyclables

• Working as a team -Collaborating with other housekeeping staff to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Room restocking-

Toiletries, towels and supplies such as tea and coffee.

• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas -

Carpark, hallways and staircases

• Laundry duties-

As well as inventory management keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages, keeping the storage areas organised.

• Health and Safety-

Following safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. Using chemicals safely and according to guidelines.

• Communication-

Reporting maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms to management and providing feedback on the condition of rooms and common areas.

• Guest interaction-

Address guest requests or inquiries politely and efficiently.

Same expectations as above, however this was with the previous owners.
