• Monitoring the daily work activity and updating progress reports.
• Identify priority jobs in consultation with Operations department.
• Participate in daily PTW meetings along with production and maintenance supervisors.
• Assess work permit raised to department whether all required information has been provided with permit with required standards.
• Coordinating with third party for all quality control documents & procedures.
• Supervise and inspection of cold and hot insulation, cladding on piping and equipment.
• Check vendor shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Maintenance of all static equipment - Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Tanks, and fabrication of pipelines.
• Prepare maintenance programs, including shutdown campaigns to ensure technical integrity, safe/reliable operation and maximum availability.
• Execution of Shutdown and Turnaround activities, monitoring and control within planning schedule.
• Conducting the hydro test and pressure test prior to the pre-commissioning.
• Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.
• Testing and commissioning of all Static equipment.
• Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report.
• Preparing JSA for all the shutdown jobs in accordance with Safety policies & procedures.
• Maintaining quality of pipe system by studying GA Drawing, P & ID, isometric and support details.
• Responsibility of spool Gen operation and Redline drawings for the small bore fabrication.
• Entry of joints in database according to the isometric drawing.
• Responsibility for fabrication of the small bore and welding reports in database.
• Arranging and supply material from client for the small bore fabrication.
