Summary

Fostering whakawhanaungatanga is central to my teaching philosophy. I nurture strong, learner-focused relationships to ensure that each ākonga feels seen, heard, and valued. This philosophy not only creates a positive learning experience but also inspires ākonga to reach their full potential. I believe when ākonga feel connected, supported, and have a sense of belonging, they are more likely to engage deeply with their learning and become lifelong learners.
