I was employed to open the store in Ashburton. This position involves the day to day running of a busy and successful store. Some of the duties include :-

Originally employed as a Client Services Manager, after a short time promoted to an Account Director with a portfolio of clients in excess of $25 million. Some of the duties of this position were to : -
- Develop and execute business plans for clients
- Ensure retention of all existing clients
- Negotiate attractive contracts with travel suppliers for clients.
- Positively resolve all client issues / queries
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Monthly analysis reporting to clients
Appointed to set up a Holiday Centre within an existing Corporate Travel Office. This was very successful and managed to achieve a profitable $1 million operation within 18 months.
