I am responsible for all stock room operations, this includes: Store product replenishment, Organization of product, Stock Reports, Head office / supplier communications, Maintaining an efficient and well functioning work environment.

My Role as a Store Supervisor is to oversee daily operations on the sales floor. This includes, Staff management - making sure all our staff were looked after and understood their responsibilities for the day. Game planning- delegating roles to make sure our KPIS (Store targets) were achieved throughout the day. Write weekly reports- this is to communicate how our store was doing during certain time periods, the challenges we were facing and support we need to help push our store further. Moreover I was also in charge of third party communications, with people such as delivery drivers, cleaners, maintenance workers and banking staff. I am also trusted with store keys/ alarm codes and opened and closed the store each day. lastly i handled all the cash and did all the finance logging personally.

• I run my own social media pages on TikTok and Instagram where I brainstorm, film, edit and publish all my own content.
• During this time I have amassed over 180,000 followers across both of my platforms (Instagram: 112,000 TikTok 74,000)
• Over this time I have grown a lot as a creator, constantly improving my videography and editing skills. I have spent time to learn the algorithms and understand how to follow trends. Amassing well over 50 millions combined views.
• Throughout this time I have also worked with many different brands and done multiple paid partnership deals with businesses worldwide.
