My name is Eli and I am looking for a position in customer service and excel in helping people. I'm very keen to learn and adjust to different situations as an employee with a positive attitude and mindset. I enjoy working as a part of a team and my strengths include being hardworking, reliable, resilient, and approachable. I hope to hear from you.
An example of this was when I worked for my grandpa and his other friends at a retirement village, I managed cleaning, gardening, and lifting of heavy objects. Basically tasks that they tended to struggle with or need help with.
Resilience towards some of my grandparent's friends who at times could be rude and off-putting to me. Able to maintain a calm and collected attitude in difficult situations.
I enjoy learning new and innovative ideas which can help me work faster but also help improve my craft and myself.
Able to relay information to individuals in a fast manner if required or in dire circumstances where I'm required to act fast and calm in order to help someone in a particular situation.
