Elias Young

My name is Eli and I am looking for a position in customer service and excel in helping people. I'm very keen to learn and adjust to different situations as an employee with a positive attitude and mindset. I enjoy working as a part of a team and my strengths include being hardworking, reliable, resilient, and approachable. I hope to hear from you.

• Time management

An example of this was when I worked for my grandpa and his other friends at a retirement village, I managed cleaning, gardening, and lifting of heavy objects. Basically tasks that they tended to struggle with or need help with.

• Positive Attitude

Resilience towards some of my grandparent's friends who at times could be rude and off-putting to me. Able to maintain a calm and collected attitude in difficult situations.

• Willingness to Learn

I enjoy learning new and innovative ideas which can help me work faster but also help improve my craft and myself.

• Communication

Able to relay information to individuals in a fast manner if required or in dire circumstances where I'm required to act fast and calm in order to help someone in a particular situation.

• As more of side interest, I enjoy watching sports and esports Football, and League of Legends. What I enjoy the most about these sports is their team play and ability to adapt to certain situations. This is what I aspire to be like as a worker.
• Something I do every day is making coffee for myself and my family as it is something quite enjoy doing. I would love to learn more about making different types of coffee which I could then incorporate those skills into serving other people.
• I've always enjoyed doing outdoors jobs with my Dad which tend to involve heavy lifting, painting, sanding and installation of window frame and such. I believe that I could incorporate these skills into a working environment.
