-Perform Tank (Pump Over, Transfer, Racking, Cleaning)

-Measure wine temperature

-Make additions in the tanks

-Inoculations

- Perform Barrels Operation: Additions, Empting, Cleaning, Filling, Toping barrels with Machine the big one in New Zeland

• Checked fruit for signs of disease or insects, reporting details to supervisor.
• Used hand tools, ladders and other equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Loaded and unloaded containers of fruit manually and with conveyors and hand trucks.
• Different jobs in orchard of Kiwifruit: Tipping, Thinning,Training Cane, Blank shoot.
• Different jobs with strawberries GreenHouse, Picking, Trimming.

• Promoting positive atmosphere to guarantee each customer receive exceptional food and service.
• Verifying compliance in preparation of menu items and customer special request.
• Communicating effectively with both front and kitchen staff regarding clients’ food allergies and dietary restrictions.
