• Operating various machines, such as diggers, loaders, and forklifts. I gained more experience and time on these machines, which was good.
• Offered a team leader role, but denied it.

• While working here, I was mainly doing civil drainage, working with water pipes. PE pipes and laboring.

I managed to drive a Class 2 truck on-site only.

• I have learned a variety of skills and skills with the hand tools as well. I learned to read plans, dig my own drains/trench with an excavator, and spent a lot of time in the trench with a shovel. Also worked in the excavation team, hauling hardfill on a tractor, and using a variety of machines, including rollers and front loaders, etc. I also owned a company Ute for the last five months of my stay with Friday Homes. I continued my apprenticeship also.
• Residential drains were the majority of the work I was doing. Such as stormwater drains for residential houses, new builds, installing retention tanks, and holding tanks, sumps.
• Scaffolding on days when we had no work, to help the lads.
• Landscaping did a few days of landscaping and really enjoyed it.

• Executed deliveries by manually managing weights exceeding 20 kilograms.
