Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares work schedule of each section.
• Conducts daily basis survey of all sections covered.
• Evaluate and finalizes material and manpower estimates for each job orders awarded.
• Attends project coordination meetings and adheres to project plans and timeline.
• Resolves job related issues that arise within the department.
• Provides daily work status update to the Operation Division Head as required.
• Reviews and checks Work Acceptance Reports.
• Exercised discretion and judgment in managing fast-paced environment adapting to change with sense of urgency.
• Perform all related planned PMS of GSMWI Facilities and equipment.
• Enforced departmental policies, procedures and federal laws.
• Supports the Management directives and abides to all company’s rules and regulations.

• Coordinates and performs all directives given by Immediate Superior.
• Regularly performs toolbox meetings for proper team coordination.
• Leads and ensures that any Mechanical works of a project is in accordance to GSWMI standard.
• Prepares, submits, and updates work order request estimate, calibration reports, work acceptance report, and work order monitoring report.
• Performs Company's mechanical related preventive maintenance system.
• Reports any technical difficulties or technical queries related to machining works.
• Maintains good housekeeping and observe safety practices within working area.
• Supports the Management directives and abides to all company’s rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:
