ELIZABETH ROGUSKI

Pyes Pa,BOP

Summary

Passionate and experienced kaiako with a strong commitment to supporting pēpi and tamariki to grow, learn, and thrive. I take a respectful, relationship-based approach grounded in RIE principles, encouraging independence and meaningful connections with the world around them. I value strong, reciprocal relationships with whānau and work to create rich links between home and the early learning setting. Confident in planning, observing, and documenting learning to support both individual and group interests, while keeping whānau aspirations at the heart of the curriculum. I bring solid digital skills and enjoy using technology to enhance teaching and learning. I’m now looking for a new opportunity where I can continue to nurture the development and wellbeing of ngā tamariki in an environment that values collaboration, respect, and child-led learning.
