Summary

I am one of the middle children in a family of thirteen children and was home schooled by my amazing Mum most of my schooling years along with the rest of my siblings. I grew up in Northland, on a remote lifestyle block 45 minutes from the nearest town, with my siblings and parents. I grew up around farm animals and learned skills on the farm. I started attending the local school in 2018 at age 13 where I stayed till I graduated in 2022

In 2023 I started working at my sister's bakery for a few months before applying for a job at Waimate Veterinary Centre as a Vet Tech. I started off as a casual employee at the vets doing teatsealing in March through to June then debudding in August 2024.I have been taught everything I know to be able to do the job by fellow employees and still currently work at the vets.

The part I love about my job at the vets is the variety of seasonal work involved in teching, how our role continues to grow with the worldwide shortage of vets, and I especially love travelling around the countryside and getting to know farmers. I am a reserved personality, but take initiative, am motivated and responsible. I am tidy, I work hard and consider myself dependable. My goal in life is to be the best that I can be at whatever I do.

HOBBIES

I enjoy spending time with family, riding horses, getting involved in outdoor activities, gardening, cooking, writing, and building up my photography portfolio, training my heading dog.
