ELLA FITZSIMMONS

I am a motivated and friendly year 12 student, eager to become involved in hospitality as i feel that my skills and passions align with this type of work and want to enhance my performance and experiences with hospitality. I adapt to new environments quickly and have always enjoyed expanding my skills in many areas whether its through sport, food and culture, the arts or languages. One of my strongest skills is cooking which requires time management, focus and multitasking so i would describe myself as an organized and detail oriented individual. I learnt most of my knowledge through my dad who worked in the restaurant business for 7 years. I have been told that i act mature for my age and have a strong understanding as well as respect towards any given situation or person, so you can rely on me to be ready to learn, grow and make a positive impact on your company.
