My role as a part time retail assistant at Mecca involved assisting customers on the shop floor and matching them to the right products, replenishing stock, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing sales, returns and exchanges, and collaborating with team members.

• My role at Teppan dining was front of house/ waitressing, including taking orders, making drinks and serving.

• During this job, I improved my customer service and hospitality skills in a busy restaurant environment. My role included taking orders, processing orders through the till, serving food and making drinks.

• At the after school care centre I worked 4 days a week, my job involved supervising kids and helping out with arts and crafts.
