- Had the privilege of sailing for 10 days on the Spirit of Adventure ship where I learnt so much about leadership and teamwork as well has maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic through challenging times.
- Won gold at the New Zealand National Rowing Championships at the beginning of 2023 which was my novice year (first year of rowing) and I believe this taught me a lot about commitment and responsibility as well as challenging me to learn and adapt new skills fast.
