
I am a highly motivated dependable person with lots of experience as a camp leader at Hillmorton high school, excelling in outdoor education and team collaboration. I have proven ability in organizing engaging activities, such as bush walking, kayaking, while fostering a supportive environment. I am artistic and athletic, with a strong commitment to enhancing client experiences through creativity and teamwork. I enjoy working by myself or in a team and communication is one of my strengths. I'm always keen to learn new skills and always better myself by learning new things.
I volunteered as a student helper for school deans in 2025 including in assisting younger students, some of these roles include me preparing and giving speech's at assemblies, helping out with technology, handing out certificates, I was also part of the environment committee which was helping to protect our environment by doing things such as planting trees, finding new ways to recycle and process waste, and supporting other people along side me.
I often look after my younger sibling, nephews, nieces, and friends and families children, I have the responsibility for feeding, caring and entertaining the children as well as overseeing bedtimes and sleep routines.
I Manage daily walks for family dog and additional dogs belonging to family and friends.
I volunteered for family and friends doing odd jobs such as babysitting younger children, dog walking, yard work and house work. Some of my volunteering work includes peer support helping younger students through the year and doing fun activities.
I was a camp leader for the year 9s at Orton bradley park camp as a year 11 last year 2025, My responsibilities included leading the bush walk, helping with cooking, tent organisation, kayaking, water safety, and general camp duties.
I have experience with rock climbing/ Bouldering, setting up tents/ bivvys, Mountain biking, cooking skills, risk management, and team building.
I attended a Comprehensive First aid course for red cross new Zealand, during this course I learnt what first aid is and some of the skills I learned included CPR training, Resuscitation of adults and children/infants, what dodo if someone is choking, different types of bleeding and how to deal with them, information related to shock and fainting, how to check for conditions and injuries such as vital signs and consciousness, medical conditions such as heart attack, diabetic emergencies and seizures, I also learned how to deal with injuries such as fractures, head injuries, back, burns and scolds, poisoning, sever allergic reactions, environmental conditions, and other useful information such as house hold emergency plans, suicide information, psychological first aid.
I attended the Espresso yourself course in september 2025 gaining unit standard 17284: Demonstrate knowledge of coffee origin and production, some of the skills I learnt include how to prepare various types of coffees for customers, we learnt about the different types of coffee beans and where they originate from, and some of that included the types of processes for different types of coffee beans.
I attended a two day taster course in air hosting. covering a basic understanding of codes, such as disability codes and food codes, and also airport codes, I also learned the basic etiquette such as how to present myself. and also how to progress this career option further if I choose to do so.
