I have recently completed Level 4 Certificate in Mental Health and Wellbeing at Ara Institute of Canterbury. I completed 140 placement hours with Mana Ake - Family Help Trust.

During my time at The Warehouse I was responsible for serving customers, answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with enquires, processing returns and issuing refunds. My positive attitude and excellent communication skills resulted in enhanced experiences for customers.

Prior to working there, I worked part time for my fathers business, Technicote Ltd, as an administration assistant. I was responsible for dealing with clients face to face, scheduling jobs, ordering stock, data entry and invoicing.

I have always worked with people, building rapports and finding solutions. I am an easy going, approachable person with a good sense of humour. I value respect and believe in equality. I treat everyone that I meet with courtesy and respect, regardless of who you are.

Communication is a key skill in support work and one I have developed to a high standard over time.
