Summary

I have a love for sport and training. This started from a young age being part of a competitive family of four girls. Through sport I have had plenty of opportunities to travel and represent Christchurch and have developed strong abilities to work as part of a team, demonstrate resilience, and optimize training for performance. Going forward in my physiotherapy and work with clients to support clients to find love for physical activity and enhance their health and wellbeing. Additionally, I would love to help athletes of all ages and levels to stay participating in their sports and grow to their potential as athletes. One thing I am interested in expanding into throughout my Physio journey is developing my runners-specific physiotherapy assessments and interventions and branch into therapeutic Pilates.
