  • Overall responsibility of running the office,
  • Overall responsibility for managing the website including marketing, newsletters, sales, managing the database, general maintenance and updates. This included the successful integration of a new website.
  • Managing and overseeing the whole operational process for all manufacturing jobs from initial customer interaction through to job completion.
  • Overall responsibility for the stock management system (Unleashed) and all purchasing.
  • Sales processing including sales invoices, customer enquiries and liaising with customers on the website, phone or in person.
  • Joint responsibility for co-ordination of marketing tasks including product photo shoots, liaising with graphic designer and marketing contractor and preparing marketing material for all mediums on a project basis
  • Managing the Sales Director’s schedule, annual sales call planning and daily/weekly appointment scheduling and follow up, as well as ensuring the Sales Director keeps on target
  • Accounts - daily reconciliation of sales in Xero, loading debtor invoices and chasing overdue creditors as support to finance assistant
  • First point of contact for industry sales reps and responsible for building strong relationships with our suppliers.
  • Brainstorming and implementing new products.
  • Oversee, assist and co-ordinate with the admin assistant with tasks as required.
