This role has given me the opportunity to see how the inside of a small business runs.
My role has included serving customers, processing stock, assisting with PAYE and wages, social media marketing, setting up the new POS system and website.
My role here has provided me with the optimal skills that are essential for administration work. Some examples are daily accounts reporting, taking phone calls, replying to emails, checking in the guests, showing them around the hotel and answering any questions guests have about the Marlborough region.
In my role at Rebel Sport I gained valuable experience in customer service and sales. I am now confident in dealing with people and equipped to handle difficult situations and circumstances.
