Summary

I have gained experience across different aspects of physiotherapy from various clinical to non-clinical roles. An integral part of my treatment is strength training, combined with manual therapy in a patient-centred care approach. One of my core principles as a physiotherapist is to work the patient to achieve their goals and go beyond the initial rehabilitation and transition into injury prevention to achieve a better quality of life.
