  • Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the utilization of nursing process and based on internationally accepted nursing practice standards. He/ She is responsible for managing records, supplies and equipments. Provides health education to patients and families, collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through continuous quality improvement and research.
  • Maintains attentiveness to customer’s needs; initiates steps that will comply with their requirements to meet and exceed their expectation.
  • Assesses the number and level of personnel needed to provide quality patient care. Prepares and adjusts staffing and assignments in the absence of the Head Nurse.
  • Prepares staff assignment for the shift.
