Eric Mapa

I am both half Tongan and half Samoan, deeply connected to family and culture. Inspired by the sacrifices of my single mother, I am driven by a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and determination. I bring commitment, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to every task, with a passion for contributing positively to my community and supporting those around me. My cultural values of respect, service, and teamwork guide me in both personal and professional environments.

I strive to be a personable and positive individual that is well-qualified for a role in Customer Service. I am able to possess fundamental knowledge of customer service and operational procedures, with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Served as the Head Boy of Marcellin College for 2025.
• Achieved NCEA Level Two With Excellence 2024
• Achieved NCEA Level Three With Excellence 2025
• Awarded Bronze for Duke of Edinburgh - A program designed to push students out of their comfort zones and spark growth. This awardee has managed to complete 100+ hours of service, 50+ hours of extracurricular activates and 200+ hours of academic study.
• Young Vinnies Association Award Winner - Completed a full year of dedicated service to the community by managing fundraisers, packing over 100+ parcels, tutoring feeder schools and more! We were able to raise over $10,000.
