I am a gym fanatic that has been active in the gym for serval years and training 4 times per week. Through my training I have learnt the importance of consistency and discipline. The results achieved in training is not a reflection of an individual's work in one particular day or week but rather their consistency over the courses of months and years. I personally believe this statement can also apply to not just the gym but to all areas of life, therefore I will be applying this mentality to my professional life as well.
