Checkout Operator: Part-time January 2020 - February 2021.

  • Provided high quality customer service to each and every customer serviced by using warm greetings and striking positive conversations while groceries went through the till.
  • Adept at working efficiently and accurately under time-pressures. Proven by consistently excellent scan rate; >30 items per minute.

Click and Collect Shopper: Full time August 2021 - February 2022.

  • Worked through the second COVID-19 spike of 2021, and then through summer before returning to study in 2022.
  • Exceptional attention to detail was important in this role to ensure customers received correct orders.

Dry Goods Assistant: Full-time over 2 summers (Nov-Feb) at the end of 2022 and 2023.

  • Organised displays and ensured constant level of stock.
  • Quality assurance: daily checks of dates and stock rotation to ensure minimal product wastage.

Part-time role in higher end retail store on the weekends. My main responsibilities were serving customers to help them find items they were looking for, keeping the store well-groomed and helping people feel comfortable in the store.
