Summary

Hello! My name is Esha, and I am a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education graduate-to-be. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Victoria University and will submit my final paper on December. I bring extensive hands-on experience working with children through various placements, babysitting, and casual relieving roles. I have completed placements at Hill Street, Capital City Preschool, Kindercare Johnsonville, and Pikopiko Clyde Quay Kindergarten. Additionally, I worked at Kindercare for over a year before transitioning to Education Personnel, where I continued to gain valuable experience as a relief teacher. Growing up surrounded by children, I have developed a deep passion for fostering their growth and development. My strengths include strong organizational skills, a hardworking attitude, and the ability to connect with tamariki and their whānau in meaningful ways. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my enthusiasm, skills, and dedication to a centre as an ECE/kindergarten teacher and contribute to an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
