Since the inception of WaiP2K, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Trust, including leading a small team of contractors, developing the strategic and operational plans, processes and procedures, fundraising, financial reporting and stakeholder management.

Successfully managed the Wairarapa Catchment Communities project on behalf of WaiP2K and the steering group

• Took responsibility for project planning, and subsequent implementation, delivering on project outcomes and timeframes.
• Managed budget and financial reporting to track progress towards organisational objectives accurately.

EcoAgriLogic Ltd. is an independent environmental consultancy for soils and sustainable land use.

• Investigated a diverse range of contaminated sites including former sheep dip sites, commercial/industrial and residential developments, market gardens and horticultural sites
• Designed and implemented soil quality monitoring programmes for horticultural sites and wast water treatment plants
• Provided expert evidence at hearings

Community facilitator, linking schools and early childhood centres together through the Enviroschools kaupapa, in partnership with Greater Wellington, Carterton and South Wairarapa District Councils.

• Provided the local face for the Enviroschools Network in Wairarapa.
• Established connections in education, community, environment sectors
• Built and maintained relationships and worked collaboratively with teachers, mana whenua and other community groups.
