Since the inception of WaiP2K, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Trust, including leading a small team of contractors, developing the strategic and operational plans, processes and procedures, fundraising, financial reporting and stakeholder management.

Successfully managed the Wairarapa Catchment Communities project on behalf of WaiP2K and the steering group

  • Took responsibility for project planning, and subsequent implementation, delivering on project outcomes and timeframes.
  • Managed budget and financial reporting to track progress towards organisational objectives accurately.
