Etienne Jiang

I often tag along with dad to meet new customers and I translate for dad(dad does not speak much English, only Mandarin). I also help dad get new customers as I'm very confident with my speaking abilities and know strategies to make the deal. I have gotten a deal quite easily before with my knowledge about communication.

I love helping my neighbour take care of the dog(Charlie), so fun and fluffy.

I regularly volunteer at school for a pretty wide variety of events. I was chosen to help out at the Special Olympics Athletics at school for my people and communication skills. I am also a leader in the school VEXV5 Robotics club. In the club I teach my student in my area of expertise(Analysing condition of a match and driving skills) and also teach general mechanical skills.

I help out my parents to manage our family Airbnb. I easily manage communication with guests to have high satisfaction levels and am easily able to resolve conflicts and maintain a good relationship with guests. I am also the one who made the Airbnb page for the house and also made the house manual. I also help clean the house after guest stays, just helping out parents(vacuuming floor, folding bedsheets, just general housekeeping).
