After receiving my Level 5 Diploma of Management of Hospitality and Tourism from Ara at the end of 2023, I chose to extend my experience by taking on full time hours at Chiwahwahs. I have always enjoyed the customer contact and how I can contribute to positive customer experiences. I am a motivated worker and I have formed good relationships with all of my managers and colleagues. After being Top of Class, I believe the Ara course gave me a good introduction to the skills needed for effective hospitality management. I have had a chance to use many of them at Chiwahwahs, but I would like to experience a wider range of customer facing work and build my capabilities. My most visible skills are having an engaging personality and a flexible approach. Upbeat, friendly and anticipating likely customer needs to facilitate enjoyable customer experiences.
