●Manage day to day operations of depot
● Liasing with key customers to make sure they’re satisfied with the depot
performance
● Managing stock levels
● Monitoring health and safety in depot
● Report to Depot manager and supervisor to share how the depot is running
● Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
● Keep records and reports up to date
● Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
● Liasing with drivers regarding their container requirements
● Entering information regarding deliveries and other logistical matters on
computer systems
● Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
● Booking and co-ordinating deliveries of containers arriving at, or leaving,
depots
● Identify customer needs
● Manage large amount of inbound calls
● Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers
● Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer
needs and expectations
● Responding promptly to customer inquiries
● Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls and emails
● Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
● Knowing our products inside and out so that we can assist customers
● Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve
