  • Expertly onboarded new customers and implemented our SaaS product (ON!Track) via both video calls and in-person trainings to set customers up for success from the beginning and foster successful adoption and usage
  • Retained existing customers and grew strong and genuine relationships with the entire South Island's ON!Track customer base (double the number of customers our North Island CSM looked after) whilst having an average yearly churn rate of only 6.2% (global average being ~15%)
  • Successfully planned and facilitated the largest ($600k NZD annually) Fleet Management Implementation to date in NZ
  • Project managed the implementation of a new vehicle inventory software (VIM) with a pilot customer here in NZ
  • Selected by our Executive Management Team as 1 of ~20 folks (out of a company of 135) to collaborate on and finalise our MO's Lead 2030 Strategy for Hilti Group
  • Analysed data to generate reports and results to both internal and external stakeholders

Quarter-life Sabbatical / Waiting on my Residence Visa

  • Built a tiny home on wheels (6'x10' enclosed trailer) from complete scratch with my partner and travelled to 19 states throughout the USA enjoying time together immersed in nature, hiking, and exploring whilst covid continued to disrupt the world
  • Read over 75 books, hiked dunes in the desert, camped on the edge of the Grand Canyon, and hugged Sequoias
  • Passionately grew as a hobby photographer and created many beautiful images (film tab on my website)

Nimlok Minnesota - Portable Display Division

  • Sole director and project manager of Nimlok MN's Portables Division which brought in over $750k (USD) net profit annually with a 21% growth rate during my two years with the company
  • Created and submitted POs ranging from $1k-$100k directly with our manufacturing facility in Chicago and managed all project alterations
  • Edited, re-designed, and published a significant revamp/update to the company's website
  • Came up with the original idea, planned, coordinated, and executed an incredibly successful Ad Agency Event which brought over $250k (USD) worth of new business to NMN during the slowest month of the year
  • Grew and managed the company's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X)
