· Supervising cleaning staff at over 20 sites in Christchurch
· Establishment of Cleaning Standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
· Coaching and developing employees
· Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring that they are carried out expertly, and Coordinating duties with other cleaner
· Builds and maintains relationships with client representatives at an appropriate level
· inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
· Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
· Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks
· Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc.
· Work with members of other teams as required.
· Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed.
· Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown
