During my time with Tan-Seeq, I worked many tasks, a few headlines are;

• Researched potential customers to identify target audiences through surveys and social media tactics.
• Participated in planning meetings with other departments regarding future IT projects.
• Created detailed reports on system performance metrics for senior management review.
• Provided technical support to users with a variety of questions related to computer systems, software and hardware.
• Assisted in the development of new technologies and IT solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Participated in brainstorming sessions to develop ideas for innovative campaigns.
• Performed troubleshooting on various software applications and systems.

During my time at EEZE TECH, a company specializing in IT solutions, I was fortunate to be mentored by IT experts with decades of experience, my training included (but not limited to) the following;

• Installed software, hardware and peripheral components on computers and networks.
• Developed scripts to automate common administrative tasks such as account creation, deletion or application installation, removal.
• Assisted with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, passwords.
• Performed data backups and disaster recovery operations as needed.
• Troubleshot system failures or bugs and provided solutions to restore functionality.
• Installed and performed minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment.
