I have made myself available to coach Primary and Secondary Netball players and enhance their love and skills for the game. I have been a coach for the last two years and will continue to coach in my last year of school (2026) This does not only provide me an opportunity to develop younger players but also to develop my own skills in teaching, coaching and leading.

• Officiated netball matches, ensuring adherence to game rules and regulations.
• Provided clear communication to players regarding fouls and penalties during games.
• Evaluated player performance, offering feedback for improvement and skill development.
• Maintained composure in high-pressure situations, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities.

I am doing Baby sitting and House sitting over weekends and during School holidays for families that require my service or support. This allows me to earn my own income and build my responsibilities around discipline and structure and build trust in the community. This experience has provided me the opportunity to grow, learn and set myself up for success when I start my first job now that I turned 16.

I Volunteered to be a Liberian Leader for Primary and Secondary children to help them get familiar with Library operations and provide coaching in reading skills to younger children.
