  • Commissioning and providing in-field service to range of specialized scientific and laboratory equipments supplied by Total Lab Systems.
  • To achieve an acceptable repair and maintenance schedule for specified equipments and customers – providing minimal turn around times and rework/return rates.
  • Forecasting of spare parts stock level.
  • To travel as required within NZ to provide product equipment service support and training to customers. This includes troubleshooting and working in customer’s laboratories with their staff where necessary.
  • Provide field service support to customers and sales staff on technical matters relating to the products including management of installation projects.
  • Coordinate service support to customers as needed with 3rd party contractors.
  • To establish a depository of reference technical and service documentations.
  • Prepare, submit and implement a detailed annual sales service plan identifying service calls cycles and key customers. Provide weekly reports on service activities.
  • Identify and submit a plan for new service revenue opportunities including General Maintenance Agreements and Calibration Services.
  • Provide customers copy of detailed service report on the equipment and keep this in the technical database for future reference.
