Wellington District Court (2020 - 2023)

  • 8m refurbishment project including re-roof, internal gutter replacement, fire window replacement, facade paint. I worked under a site manager as a cadet initially but was left to manage the site on my own for the final year.

Wellington City Mission (2023 - Jun 2024)

  • 40m new build social housing block that had within underground parking, supermarket, cafe, medical centre, 34 apartments, and office spaces. On this project I was one of two foreman based on site looking after up to 75 personal from foundations to completion. key aspects of my role were Health and Safety, Material Supply and Management, Sustainability, and Quality Control.
