Summary
I started at Macrennie Commercial Construction in January 2022, working under our current Managing Director, Steve Anderson. Over the past three and a half years, I’ve had the opportunity to work as his Junior Quantity Surveyor across a variety of projects, ranging in value from NZD $2.5 million to $45 million.
Through this experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation of practical skills and progressed from a graduate into a confident Junior Q.S. I’ve always been a strong communicator and someone who learns quickly on the job by listening carefully, asking the right questions, and applying feedback.
I know there’s still a lot to learn as I continue growing in the Quantity Surveying profession, but I’m eager to take on new challenges, contribute wherever I can, and keep building my knowledge in this ever-evolving industry.
