• Managed semiconductor operation construction projects by working effectively with general contractors, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.

•Conducted design reviews, monitored fabrication, and performed site checks before shipment of tire building and curing machines.

•Installed and commissioned machinery, ensuring compliance with the Equipment Release process.

•Successfully established the "Run on Flat" production line from material cutting to tire building and curing presses, on time and within budget.(first production line in Asia region)

•Relocated to Thailand as a curing mechanical expert, supporting an aircraft tire production line expansion project that was completed two months ahead of schedule.

•Supported the San Luis Potosi new plant build-up by overseeing curing machine commissioning.

• Manage equipment in Goodyear tire plant to support production code change,scope including molds,drums and dies.
• Performed preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize equipment performance.
• Assisted in capacity planning efforts, working closely with operations teams to ensure sufficient resources were available to meet production targets without compromising quality standards.
