My duties included and were not limited to looking after and organizing contractors on multiple residential sites (Up to 80 people), providing progress reports to the clients and construction manager, quality assure, material procurement, general H&S responsibilities, scheduling contractors in advance, ensuring council standards are met and on site problem solving when issues arose. Detailed communication and consistent updates with both clients and sub contractors was a major role to ensure the smooth running of projects and the satisfaction of clients.

As a project manager for Cemac my daily duties included both office and site work and included but not limited to the following: Pricing of jobs, procurement of materials, procurement of labor and resources, programming, health and safety documentation (SSSP, TA's , Toolbox, pre start etc), progress payments and variations, site instructions, quality assurance and the day to day running of site and contractors.
Site manager: Site manager for a mechanical engineering company specializing in commercial install of HVAC systems between 2 million and 20 million. My duties included and were not limited to looking after contractors on site (up to 60 people), providing progress reports and payments, taking toolbox meetings, attending co-ordination and health and safety meetings, looking after the general health and safety of all contractors on site and problem solving/fixing any problems arising on site.
