Site construction supervisor: Site supervisor for a residential home building company (GJ Gardner homes) specializing in the construction of new home builds from 400K to 1.8m. My duties included and were not limited to looking after and organizing contractors on multiple residential sites (Up to 80 people), providing progress reports to the clients and construction manager, quality assure, material procurement, general H&S responsibilities, scheduling contractors in advance, ensuring council standards are met and on site problem solving when issues arose. Detailed communication and consistent updates with both clients and sub contractors was a major role to ensure the smooth running of projects and the satisfaction of clients.

Project manager: Project manager for a Commercial interiors company specializing in commercial fit outs ranging from 50,000 - 2 million. As a project manager for Cemac my daily duties included both office and site work and included but not limited to the following: Pricing of jobs, procurement of materials, procurement of labor and resources, programming, health and safety documentation (SSSP, TA's , Toolbox, pre start etc), progress payments and variations, site instructions, quality assurance and the day to day running of site and contractors.

Site manager: Site manager for a mechanical engineering company specializing in commercial install of HVAC systems between 2 million and 20 million. My duties included and were not limited to looking after contractors on site (up to 60 people), providing progress reports and payments, taking toolbox meetings, attending co-ordination and health and safety meetings, looking after the general health and safety of all contractors on site and problem solving/fixing any problems arising on site. I was also in charge of quality assurance in making sure that the product delivered was to spec and standard all whilst making sure our clients and contractors were happy.

• Maintenance worker: helped in the running and maintenance of the pool complex. Jobs varied from; general garden and grounds tidying up, painting of complex where needed, cleaning work, maintenance and fixing if needed of pool equipment including pipes, pumps, motors, chemical machines, and general building works.
• Supervisor: duties included but not limited to running of the pool complex, looking after all public and staff in the complex (up to 15 staff). Dosing and heating the pools/slides to ensure the correct temp/ chemical ratios. Looking after the general health, safety, and well-being of the staff and public. All cleaning duties.
