Writing notes on client who have been seen and mental health assessments. Engaging in MDT meeting and offering ideas/recommendations. Learning different cultural needs and assessments with cultural advisors. Engaging with MH clients and the families with a holistic approach.
  • WDHB- Outpatients Unit- Waitakere Hospital, 10/01/21, 10/31/21, Assisting RN with appointments and obtaining information from clients i.e., Vital signs, weight, height etc. Sitting in patient appointment in different specialized areas. Assisting with medication administration. Cleaning areas after every client due to covid restrictions in place.
