Flynn Ramsay

I have been in nearly every department across our big store in westgate, missing only In the home. I started on registers for a month and quickly got moved into lifestyles and grew a passion for Power Garden. I loved making sure that my customers that came in got exactly what they were looking for, within their budget, and sharing knowledge on how to maintain and use the product best, while giving insight to the different features of each product so the customer could make the decision for themselves. Then i was promoted shortly to supervisor as i had shown the leaders I was capable to lead a team of 12 to success every day, and take on tough stock problems as well as situations with unhappy customers so we could reach a resolution where both parties were happy with the outcome. I was then moved to hardware to experience a different part of the store, i learned a lot about plumbing, door fixings, and tools, I enjoyed that part of my career because i got to learn so much about stock that i didn't before know. I am currently in trade and have been for 3 months and i am loving the new challenge but this opportunity has sprung up and I have missed power garden and tool-shop and this allows me to get back into my passion. I am currently the go to person for help in power garden and looking at returned goods.

I have worked for my Father as a painter and retirement homes care for a year, decorating houses exterior, roofing, interior, decking and more.

Skills I have developed as a Painter:

• Developed a self motivating, independent and professional attitude to work.
• Doing garden care work on properties with tools like line trimmers, lawn mowers, chainsaws and other hand garden tools.

I have been within the acting industry since i was 9, I have not been recently active since joining Bunnings. I have been in lots of different commercials which i will add a CV of my history as a performer. One advertisement includes working with Hunt for the Wilder-People star, Julien Denison, as his friend for a lynx advertisement. This has given me huge life experience particularly towards communication inside a work environment and has given me the ability to be able to speak to all kinds of people in different ways from a young age. I am a confident speaker and love sharing information to help others as the oldest sibling of 6.
