I have 15 years experience in managing the family business. (Carnival) I manage and supervise the teams daily tasks and activities. I am responsible for managing the development of employees professional skills. I have many years in facilitating training, ensuring the support and development, throughout the period of an employee's life cycle . I strongly promote a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and growth. A fair portion of the business is centred around delivering hand crafted specialty coffee. I have an extensive background and experience in coffee preparation techniques, some of which have been pioneered within the family business. To assist is my experience with inventory management I am particularly diligent in maintaining clean workspaces. Food safety and hygiene being essential, is at the forefront of my customer service and quality assurance professional commitment and personal values.
